EVEREST 3.2L | STAGE 3 | 215KW

The Everest 3.2L Stage-3 Tow Upgrade delivers maximum towing performance, cooling efficiency, and power with premium HPD and Gturbo components. We start with a baseline dyno run on our 4WD dynamometer to verify your vehicle’s condition and establish a performance benchmark. Upon completion, you receive a dyno graph comparing before and after power and torque gains.

Upgrades

  1. HPD Catch Can
    Diesel engines generate combustion pressure that leaks past piston rings, causing crankcase pressure buildup, oil leaks, and reduced power. The HPD Catch Can captures oil mist from the crankcase vent, preventing it from coating the intercooler and inlet system, improving performance and fuel economy.

      • Billet aluminum catch can for durability.
      • Internal stainless mesh filters for effective oil separation.
      • Dipstick to easily check oil level.
      • Simple unscrew base for convenient oil emptying.
      • Custom-designed bracket and temperature-resistant hoses tailored for the Everest’s engine bay.
         
  2. HPD Front Mounted Intercooler
    Designed for superior cooling during heavy towing, the HPD front-mounted intercooler reduces intake temperatures and increases air density, enhancing engine efficiency and power output under demanding conditions.
     
  3. Gturbo FR-G300 Turbocharger
    The Gturbo FR-G300 turbocharger significantly boosts power and torque, optimized for towing and heavy-duty applications. Its advanced design ensures rapid spool-up, improved airflow, and reliability, delivering exceptional performance under load.
     
  4. HPF Custom Dyno Tune
    Using advanced ECU tuning software, we optimize your vehicle’s ECU on the dyno in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, tailored for the upgraded turbo and towing demands. Road testing ensures final adjustments for optimal performance and driveability.

Key Features

The Stage 3 package increase performance considerably and addresses reliability and engine longevity issues, while delivering you better throttle response with a noticeable increase in power and torque. The addition of the intercooler vastly decreasing intake temperatures which helps especially with towing.

  • Power figures listed are estimated kilowatts at the flywheel based on results typically obtained by HPF on HPF’s dynos. Typically these are based of a manual vehicle with standard driveline and standard wheels and tyres. Actual power can vary based on each specific vehicle.
  • We advise against increasing the power output substantially on high kilometer engines, if your engine has in excessive of 150,000kms please contact us to discuss options.
