The Hilux N80 Stage 3 upgrade is expertly crafted to bring significant performance enhancements to your vehicle. The process begins with our trained technician fitting Gturbo +30% injector nozzles, addressing one of the key limitations of the 2.8L engine—the size of the standard injectors that often dictate peak power and torque capabilities. This upgrade allows for higher fuel delivery, maximizing the engine's potential.

Next, we replace the restrictive factory exhaust system with a larger high-flow Pacemaker DPF Backexhaust system. This upgrade improves the engine’s breathing capabilities, facilitating better exhaust flow and enhancing overall performance.

To promote cleaner operation, we also install a Process West SEPR8R air oil separator. This essential component captures any oil mist that may enter the engine's inlet manifold, preventing harmful buildup in the intake system and ensuring a more efficient engine operation.

Once these key components are installed, we conduct a custom tune of your vehicle's ECU on the dynamometer. Utilizing the latest ECU tuning software, we optimize engine parameters in real-time to maximize power, torque, and fuel efficiency, creating a responsive and exhilarating driving experience.

The upgrade process is finalized with comprehensive road testing, allowing us to make any necessary adjustments to enhance your vehicle’s performance and drivability. At the conclusion of this upgrade, you will receive a detailed dyno graph that compares power and torque figures before and after the upgrade, clearly showcasing the significant improvements achieved.
